Ingredients

  • 1 bag (1.25 oz) TFM Ancho and Chili & Coffee Rub
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 6 whole chicken leg quarters

Directions

In a small bowl, mix rub and olive oil to make a paste. Spread mixture evenly over the chicken and allow to sit for 30 minutes before cooking.

Oven: Preheat oven to 425F. Place the chicken on a foil-lined baking sheet and bake for 25-35 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165F.

Grill: Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Grill for 20-30 minutes, turning every 5-10 minutes to ensure even cooking, until internal temperature reaches 165F.
